Payment Options and Program Policies
Online Payment via Activenet
For your convenience, an online registration option is available via Activenet. If you choose this option, please note that Activenet charges a non-refundable convenience fee. First-time users of the online registration system must set up an account, including profiles for both the student and the parent/guardian. All online registrations must be paid in full by credit card to complete the transaction.
Program Subsidy
Currently, the County leverages the Government of Alberta's Affordability Grant to fully cover the cost of the program. If the Affordability Grant were to cease, parents/guardians would be provided the option to continue in the program and be invoiced for any outstanding fees on a pro-rated basis.
Refunds
In the event that your family moves, or that you decide your child wasn’t ready to participate in the program, refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis. To request a refund, please contact Community Services.
Wait Lists
Should any class fill to capacity, a waitlist will be taken. If spots become available, they will be filled from the waitlist in the order the waitlist was taken.
Weather-Related Closures
if buses are cancelled for Onoway Elementary School due to inclement weather (extreme snow fall, freezing rain, extreme cold temperatures), Onoway Playschool will not operate.
