Be a Home Support Worker

Lac Ste. Anne County is currently developing an FCSS funded home support program for senior residents residing in the County. Home Support is a light housekeeping service designed to assist seniors to remain in their own homes, with a little help.

Duties may include (but not limited to):
  • Housekeeping
  • Light snow clearing
  • Laundry
  • Light gardening/lawn maintenance

Criminal Record Checks will be required. First Aid Certification an asset.

If you are a senior that resides in Lac Ste. Anne County, and are looking for assistance in your home with light housekeeping duties, we want to hear from you. Annual applications will be required, and partial subsidy may be available. Details will be available soon.

About the County

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located in the Hamlet of Sangudo. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
