Managing Unharvested Crops Workshop

Due to the very wet fall of 2016 many producers had significant acres of unharvested crops. Deciding how to best deal with these unharvested crops can be difficult. Yellowhead County invites producers to come and learn how to proceed with managing the un-harvested crops including harvesting options, residue management, burning as well as potential insurance implications.

Representatives from Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, Alberta Environment and Parks and Agriculture Financial Services Corporation (AFSC) will be available to answer questions that will help you make the best decision for your operation.
