Certificates of Title Change

Due to an increase number of requests and changes by the Provincial Government. Lac Ste. Anne County is no longer able to offer free Certificates of Title with any of its applications excluding safety code permits. As of September 6th 2016 all applications will be required to submit a Certificate of Title for the property in which an application is being submitted for. This title should be no older than 14 days from the date of application.

Titles can be ordered at most registries offices including the one across from our Sangudo Office. Note that if one is not provided, the County can obtain one for you for a fee of $10.00. If you have questions or concerns regarding the above changes, please contact Planning & Development Manager Matthew Ferris.
