County to Introduce New Transfer Station Cards

New transfer station access cards will be distributed this fall in Lac Ste. Anne County for the County’s eight transfer stations and main landfill. New cards provide the County the ability to speed up your visit to a Transfer Station with new bar code technology and improved card control with ability to disable cards invalid, non-county, and expired cards.

The new cards will be distributed during the remainder of 2016. Your current Transfer Station Cards will remain valid until December 31, 2016.

You will still need ID. All Lac Ste. Anne County residents wishing to dispose of Household Waste at any of our eight Transfer Stations and Main Landfill Site MUST present their Transfer Station Disposal Permit, in addition to a valid, government issued piece of photo identification to the site operator.

There is a $50 charge to replace a Transfer Station Disposal Permit. No exceptions. (Note: The charge only applies if a disposal permit has previously been issued). For more information, please contact Public Works at 1-866-880-5722.
