Fire Ban Lifted


As of 10:00 am May 31 st , 2018 the Fire Ban will be lifted and no longer be in effect for Lac Ste. Anne County. We ask all residents to please continue to exercise extreme caution with fires. If you're going to have a campfire, make sure you fully extinguish it, soak the fire, stir the ashes and then soak it again. The campfire shouldn't be hot to the touch before you leave.


Permitting for Fires and Fireworks will be allowed, as well as the use of burn barrels and all other open burning with the lifting of this Fire Ban.

Founded in 1944, Lac Ste. Anne County is a municipal district in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in Census Division 13, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton. The County's administrative office is located at 56521 Range Road 65. Its namesake comes from its largest body of water, Lac Ste. Anne.
