The June 24 County Council meeting will be hosted via Zoom to facilitate remote attendance and presentation. The Government of Alberta’s Public Meeting Procedures (COVID-19 Suppression) Regulation remains in effect to allow Council meetings to be conducted by entirely electronic means to help control the spread of COVID-19.

Meeting agendas are available in the Agendas section of the website. County Council, Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Agricultural Service Board (ASB) meeting minute documents are archived in the Council Meeting Minutes section of the County website. For digital or hard copies of minutes and other legacy documents introduced before Council, please contact Legislative Services at 780.785.3411 (toll-free 1.866.880.5722) or email LSAC (@) LSAC.ca. Copying and administration charges may apply.

The Municipal Government Act states that minutes will be taken without note or comment per Section 208(1)(a). The Chief Administrative Officer must ensure that all minutes of Council meetings are recorded in the English language, without note or comment.

Addressing County Council

All residents are welcome to attend Council meetings and take part in the County's democratic process. Should you wish to address Council or participate in a discussion item, an appointment must be booked through the Executive Secretary at least 8 working days prior to the meeting.
