Fire Advisory Cancelled

Effective June 5, 2019 at 3:00 pm, Lac Ste. Anne County Fire Services has cancelled its Fire Advisory.

Lac Ste. Anne County has cancelled the Fire Advisory for the area as of 3:00pm today. As a result of higher humidity levels, showers and scattered showers along with cooler temperatures over the next 14 days, Fire Rating conditions have improved significantly and reduced fire start and sustainable combustion hazards.

Lac Ste. Anne County would like to take this opportunity to thank residents for following the restrictions and guidelines put in place with the Fire Advisory.

Although the Fire Advisory has been cancelled for now, Fire Services will be closely monitoring for increased Fire Risk that could result in further restrictions.

All residents and businesses are still reminded that open fires should be monitored, permitted where applicable, and conducted responsibly.

Please call 911 if you discover a fire.
