Assessment Inspection Notices Mailed

Assessors are preparing to visit certain County properties this fall.

The County’s Assessment and Taxation department recently sent out letters to those properties that will be visited by an Assessor this fall. This letter meets the requirements of the Province whereby property owners are given advanced notice that an Assessor will be entering on their property.

Assessors routinely visit residents properties for many reasons, some of the most common reasons being:

  • Any recent changes with Alberta Land Titles
  • Any development permits or ongoing construction
  • Ensuring that the correct assessment information is recorded in our files

If you have any questions or would like to speak with a member of our Assessment Department, please contact the Administration Office at 780.785.3411 or assessor@LSAC.ca.
