This caring, confidential help line serves communities across Alberta, helping individuals, family members, concerned others and community agencies dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, suicide and other emotional or psychiatric crises.
The help line can be an invaluable resource for local farmers and ranchers who suddenly find themselves dealing with:

Callers can choose to remain anonymous, and can get access to mental health professionals whenever the need arises.
