Effective immediately, the “Take It or Leave It” program at all County Transfer Stations has been reinstated. The “Take It or Leave It” sheds have been reopened to the public.
The County lacks the resources to ensure COVID-19-level disinfecting of materials in the “Take It or Leave It” sheds. Residents are cautioned that items in these sheds will not be cleaned or sanitized; and that those who make use of this program do so at their own risk.
