Meeting the Needs of a Growing County

Lac Ste Anne County and its partner utilities provide safe, reliable delivery of water, sewer and solid waste collection services to multiple area across the County.

Utilities Staff can be contacted at 780.785.3411 or LSAC@LSAC.ca, and are available during business hours to manage accounts and services, process payments, and answer any water, wastewater, garbage or recycling-related billing questions.

The Solid Waste Management Department is responsible for processing recyclables, organics and garbage generated within Lac Ste. Anne County, via its waste management facilities.

There are eight transfer station sites and one Main Landfill.

The Waste Management Department also provides assistance and education to residents and businesses within region to achieve proper waste separation and diversion.

County Utility Resources


To use County transfer stations, all residents must present their Transfer Station Card, in addition to a valid, government-issued piece of photo identification to the site operator. Applications for a Transfer Station Card are available through the County office.


There are eight transfer stations throughout the County, in addition to one main landfill site. Each location includes recycling facilities. County residents must show identification, in addition, their transfer station card when dropping residential waste.
