The County's Rural Beautification Contest began in 2008 with the goal of showcasing the beautiful yards of the region's avid gardeners.
After more than a decade of stunning yards, avid participants, and countless great learning and networking experiences, this annual event has blossomed into an eagerly anticipated summer tradition.
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, we were excited to reconnect with residents to announce this year's Rural Beautification Contest! Judging will take place in mid-July, and prizes for winning yards will include:
Some of this year's nominated yards will be also be selected for inclusion in the August Rural Beautification Tour.

Criteria for judging will include:
